About the Program

UNNATI AI 2.0 is a national AI-innovation initiative operated by the Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer at IIT Delhi with support from Microsoft's CSR programme. Its Startup Accelerator 2.0 track is intended to move validated AI solutions from local pilots to national deployment.

Eligibility requirements

  • The Startup Accelerator 2.0 track is intended for AI startups that have validated their technology through a real-world pilot and are ready to scale nationally. The solution should address real-world problems and demonstrate potential for meaningful societal or industry impact.

Selection process

  • Applications undergo screening by experts from FITT, IIT Delhi, Microsoft and ecosystem partners. Shortlisted startups may be invited to presentations or interviews covering the technology, business model, team, scalability and societal contribution. Cohort selection and onboarding are scheduled for October 2026.
