About the Program
RKVY-RABI Programme 2026 is a startup incubation and seed funding program organized by IIM Kashipur FIED under the Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY), supported by the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare, Government of India. The programme supports MVP-ready Agri startups from Uttarakhand with equity-free Grant-in-Aid funding, entrepreneurship training, incubation, mentorship, and market readiness support.
Eligibility requirements
- Startup must be based in Uttarakhand.
- Company must be registered under DPIIT Startup India eligibility criteria.
- Startup should have an MVP ready for market launch and scaling.

Sectors supported
Selection process
- Pre-screening of applications.
- Mandatory one-month Agri-Entrepreneurship Orientation-cum-Incubation Training.
- Shortlisting by the RABI Incubation Committee (RIC).
- Final funding selection by the Selection-cum-Investment Committee (SIC).
- Assessment is based on need, novelty, feasibility, business model, team, market, scalability, risk assessment, impact, and overall delivery.
