Product X – Product Incubation Program

ProductX is a 10-week hybrid incubation program by CVRU i-TBI Foundation, supported by DST-NIDHI, designed to help technology-driven product startups transform ideas into market-ready physical products. The program begins with a three-day in-person bootcamp followed by weekly virtual mentoring sessions covering customer discovery, prototyping, electronics development, commercialization, fundraising, and investor readiness. Eligible startups may receive Ignition Grant support of up to INR 10 Lakhs.

• Individual innovators or early-stage startups can apply.
• Ideas must be based on science and technology.
• Product must be a physical product with a commercialization roadmap.
• Prototype should be capable of completion within 12–14 months.
• Applicants must own or have rights to the project IP.
• Individual applicants must be Indian citizens aged 18 years or above.
• Startup applicants must be incorporated in India with at least 51% Indian ownership.
• Startup should not be more than 2 years old and annual turnover should not have exceeded INR 25 Lakhs in any financial year.
• Pure software, e-commerce, service-based, app-only solutions, research funding, student internships, and products beyond prototype stage are not eligible.
