About the Program
Aarohan 6.0 is the TIH IIT Bombay Seed Support Program focused on investment-ready Agritech startups building innovative IoT solutions for agriculture. The program supports startups that have reached deployment or commercialization stage (TRL 6 or above) through equity/CCPS-based investment, technical mentoring, ecosystem access, and commercialization support. The initiative is designed to accelerate high-impact IoT-enabled agricultural technologies by providing capital and access to TIH IIT Bombay's technology infrastructure, experts, and startup ecosystem.
Eligibility requirements
- Startup should be DPIIT-recognized or eligible for DPIIT recognition.
- Must be incorporated as a Private Limited Company.
- Indian promoters must hold at least 51% shareholding.
- Product must be at Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 6 or above.
- Startup must be building IoT-based Agritech solutions within the specified focus areas.
- Startup must not have received investment from another Technology Innovation Hub (TIH) under NM-ICPS. Previous grant support from a TIH does not affect eligibility.
