About the Program

The 8th Open Challenge Program (OCP) is an initiative by STPI Electropreneur Park Bhubaneswar, supported by MeitY and the Government of Odisha, to identify and incubate innovative startups in Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) and deep-tech sectors. The program provides financial support, incubation, mentoring, advanced lab access, and commercialization assistance.

Eligibility requirements

  • Entities working on innovative products, processes, services, or scalable business models.
  • Should not be formed by splitting or reconstructing an existing business.
  • Individuals, researchers, educators, entrepreneurs, partnership firms, LLPs, and startups are eligible.
  • DPIIT-recognized startups are encouraged to participate.
